Quick update:  Things are starting to settle down around here and I can almost feel normalcy making a comeback!!

Papa Neno is on the road to recovery, Auntie Nene is feeling better, my mom is home from the hospital, and things are starting to settle down a bit!!  I have not had a minute to myself to do anything between running around from hospitals, doctor's appointments and such, and cooking for what feels like an army of people!

I will fill you all in on the details later, for now just wanted to say that things will be back to regular soon and I can not wait to come back to blogging and all my blogsphere friends!  Thanks to everyone who left kind words and concern and sorry for any commitments that I may have missed! 

Elizabeth, my first post back will be about the amazing gift I received from your birthday week giveaway (seriously, this thig was awesome!!!) and then back to the daily stuff....Take care and I hope to be back before Thanksgiving, if not, hope everyone and their families  have a safe and happy holiday!

Hi all...thanks for everyone that's stopped by lately to wonder where the heck I've been!!!  Well, I've been dealing with some annoying computer problems and even more aggrevating family issues!!  I should be back to blogging soon ( I hope)!

I've still been busy baking and cooking and will have a TON of stuff to blog about once this all blows over!!  Kassie was a Harvest Witch for Halloween, I received my prize from Elizabeth's Birthday Week Giveaway (OMG, wait for that one!!), and I've finally gotten my sewing machine- so you KNOW  I've been busy!!!
